1Start with a short quiz to find the right path for you.
Take two minutes to answer a 5-question multiple choice Wellbeing Quiz. This quiz is an established clinical method for wellbeing screening. Find out which of our programs are suitable for you.
2Select a program and sign up.
Select the 'Sign up' button and access programs which are proven to help you feel better. Based on years of clinical research, our programs are interactive and delivered via our user-friendly platform.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our programs are designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing. Take on underlying issues that can have a negative impact on how you live your life.
3Learn and practice for up to one hour per week.
On your homepage you can see the modules in your program. We suggest you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete. The more time and effort you put in to the program, the more you will get out of it.
As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises which can help you apply what you are learning to your own life. With SilverCloud, soon you will notice you are feeling better.
